They are commonly crushed and mixed with water as part of traditional Ruqyah practices, including by those seeking spiritual protection and relief from the effects of evil eye (‘ayn), envy (hasad), sihr and other spiritual afflictions.
Paired with Zamzam Water, a blessed water holding a deeply special place within Islam, this set provides two traditional elements that can be incorporated into your personal cleansing and Ruqyah routine.
The Sidr leaves can be crushed and combined with the Zamzam Water and additional clean water, while Qur'an and authentic Ruqyah verses are recited over the prepared water before use.

How to Use +
Take 7 Sidr leaves and crush or grind them.
Add the crushed leaves to a bowl, jug or bucket of clean water, then add some Zamzam Water and mix well.
Qur'an and authentic Ruqyah verses and supplications may be recited over the prepared water.
For Personal Cleansing
Use the prepared Sidr and Zamzam water to wash the body, pouring the water over yourself from the head down as part of your personal cleansing and Ruqyah practice.
For the Home
The prepared water may also be used as part of traditional Ruqyah practices within the home.
When using water containing Zamzam or water over which Qur'an has been recited, handle it respectfully and avoid unnecessary wastage or disposal in unclean places.

For external use, discontinue use if skin irritation occurs and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Keep the Sidr leaves sealed in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Keep the Zamzam Water sealed and stored away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Once opened, refrigerate and use promptly.
