A rich traditional blend bringing together honey, roasted and ground Black Seed (Nigella sativa) and Indian Costus (Qist al-Hindi) in one simple and convenient preparation.
Black Seed and Indian Costus have both been valued for generations and hold a special place within traditional Islamic and Prophetic Medicine, while honey itself has a long history as a treasured food.
Our Black Seeds are carefully roasted and ground before being blended into the honey, giving the mixture a distinctive nutty, earthy flavour. Indian Costus adds its characteristic warming, aromatic and slightly bitter notes, beautifully balanced by the natural sweetness of honey.
The result is an easy-to-use traditional blend that can be enjoyed straight from the spoon or added to warm water or herbal tea.
